Click the 'medical conditions' tab and enter your medical conditions using the buttons at the bottom.

Medical Alert Drives

Click the 'medical documents' tab and use the 'upload' button to add your medical documents and digital scans.

Click the 'wallet card' tab to print a wallet card to carry for extra protection.  The software automatically fills in some info but you can use the edit button to add/remove items.

Click the 'medical history' tab and add your family medical history using the button at the bottom.

Enter the patient's name to get started.

This is an example of the medical report the software automatically generates.  It will include all the data you entered in the different tabs.  

When the software opens, you'll see this screen.  Click the 'new patient' button at the bottom left.

After entering a new patient name, click the 'patient and consent information' tab and enter you personal, contact, physician and insurance info.  Use the buttons at the bottom to add new items.

Getting started: plug your Med Drive into your PC's USB port, view the contents and double-click the MedicalAlert - Shortcut

Click the 'medications' tab and use the button at the bottom to add your medications

The final step is to click on the 'medical report' tab.  Here you will click the 'generate report' button to save a copy of a summary of all your information.  By default it will save to your flash drive.  You can also add a different location where you can save another (backup) report.  The reports are in .PDF format which can easily be opened on any computer.
